Page 1, lines 43 and 45, strike "requirements" insert "An applicant's submissions of required documents"
Page 2, line 39, after "and" insert "for initial certification"
Page 3, between lines 28 and 29, insert:
"E. Except as provided in subsection A, Paragraph 5 of this section, the board may not require the submission of a fingerprint clearance card for certification renewal or any other purpose."
