Page 3, after line 33, insert:
"Sec. 2. Appropriation; community college districts
A. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the community college districts in this state, which shall be apportioned according to full-time student equivalency for the purposes provided in this act."
