Page 1, between lines 1 and 2, insert:

"Section 1.  Title 15, chapter 14, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-1802.02, to read:

START_STATUTE15-1802.02.  Tuition amount determination for students eligible for the deferred action for childhood arrivals policy

A.  The arizona board of regents shall annually determine and publish on its website the tuition amount for students who reside in this state and who are eligible under the deferred action for childhood arrivals policy  adopted by the United States Department of Homeland security in 2012.

B.  Each community college district in this state shall annually determine and publish on its website the tuition amount for students who reside in the county where the community college district is located and who are eligible under the deferred action for childhood arrivals policy  adopted by the United States Department of Homeland security in 2012."   END_STATUTE
