Sec. 2. Citizen portal; cost estimate analysis; appropriation request
On or before January 1, 2023, each state agency that is required to establish a citizen portal pursuant to section 18-601, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, shall conduct a cost estimate analysis on establishing and maintaining the citizen portal. Each state agency shall submit its analysis to the legislature and request a legislative appropriation to cover the cost of establishing and maintaining the citizen portal."
