AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the state treasurer.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; state treasurer; highway and street purposes; allocations

The sum of $200,512,200 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the state treasurer for a onetime distribution to counties for highway and street purposes.  The monies may be spent only for the purposes prescribed in article IX, section 14, Constitution of Arizona.  Counties may not spend the monies distributed to them pursuant to this section to enforce traffic laws or administer traffic safety programs.  The state treasurer shall allocate this amount as follows:

Coconino                                  $ 8,171,000

Gila                                      $ 3,268,400

Graham                                    $ 2,095,100

Greenlee                                  $   750,100

La Paz                                    $ 3,326,000

Maricopa                                  $81,970,500

Mohave                                    $10,073,100

Navajo                                    $ 6,991,600

Pima                                      $35,883,400

Pinal                                     $13,980,900

Santa Cruz                                $ 2,683,300

Yavapai                                   $ 9,507,000
