AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 13, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-1752; relating to university medical programs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 13, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-1752, to read:
15-1752. Combined degree pilot program; direct admission to university of Arizona medical school
The Arizona board of regents, in consultation with the university of Arizona medical school, shall develop a combined degree pilot program to allow a student who pursues and earns a baccalaureate degree at a university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents and who meets other specified criteria to forgo the medical school admissions process and be directly admitted into the university of Arizona medical school.
