History

Laws 2018, Chapter 277, Section 16 appropriated $2,000,000 to DPS for remote housing. Of that appropriation, $1,200,000 was from the state GF and $800,000 was from the State Highway Fund.

Provisions

1.       Appropriates the following amounts from the state GF to DPS for remote housing:

a.       $2,700,000 in FY 2020;

b.       $2,700,000 in FY 2021; and

c.        $2,600,000 in FY 2022. (Sec. 1)

2.    Exempts the appropriation from lapsing. (Sec. 1)
