History 

Laws 2018, Chapter 277, Section 16 appropriated $2,000,000 to DPS for remote housing. Of that appropriation, $1,200,000 was from the state GF and $800,000 was from the State Highway Fund. 

Provisions

1.       Appropriates $2,400,000 from the Board of Fingerprinting Fund to DPS for remote housing in FY 2020.
