History

ARS title 40, chapter 4, article 3 requires the ACC to prescribe standards for the safety of railroads. The ACC may enter any place engaged in the operations of railroads for the purpose of ascertaining whether they are in compliance with the prescribed standards.

Laws 2018, Chapter 333 appropriated $196,600 one-time, in addition to any other appropriation, for Railway Safety Inspectors.

1.       Appropriates $196,600 one-time, in addition to any other appropriation, from the state GF in FY 2020 to the ACC for the purpose of funding two railway safety inspectors. (Sec. 1)
