History

The Executive Budget includes $130 million between FY 2020 and FY 2022 to accelerate and expand construction of a third highway lane on northbound and southbound segments of I-17. This appropriation would be in addition to the State Transportation Board's scheduled allocation of $193 million to design and construct the I-17 expansion (Executive Budget).

ADOT is responsible for planning, constructing and maintaining the State's transportation system (A.R.S. § 28-332).

Provisions

1.       Appropriates $130 million from the GF in FY 2020 to ADOT to expand I-17 between Anthem and Black Canyon City in Arizona. (Sec. 1)
