FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.    Specifies that a person must successfully complete, rather than comply with, alcohol or drug screening or treatment program requirements in order to be eligible for driver license reinstatement.

2.    Adds physician assistants to the list of professions who are able to request certain information from an ignition interlock manufacturer.
