AN ACT
authorizing the attorney general to challenge the national voter registration act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Legislative intent; attorney general; national voter registration act challenge
It is the intent of the legislature that the attorney general of this state file an action on behalf of this state to challenge the constitutionality of the national voter registration act of 1993 (P.L. 103-31; 107 Stat. 77; 52 United States Code sections 20501 through 20511) and its applicability to this state and, in particular, to consider soliciting or joining with other states to pursue this action.
