AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of administration; retirement of certificates of participation

The sum of $17,700,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the department of administration to retire the department of administration series 2013A certificates of participation, relating to the construction and furnishing of the department of health services building.
