Page 3, after line 25, insert:
"Sec. 2. Appropriation; Arizona community schools pilot program; department of education; exemption
A. The sum of $765,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the department of education to disburse to the schools selected to participate in the Arizona community schools pilot program established by this act.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations."
