Page 1, between lines 7 and 8, insert:
"B. Within five years after receipt of state general fund monies received pursuant to subsection A of this section from the temporary groundwater and irrigation efficiency projects fund, an irrigation and water conservation district shall reimburse the temporary groundwater and irrigation efficiency projects fund. Not later than December 31, 2029, the director of water resources shall transfer to the state general fund all monies received as reimbursements of state general fund monies from an irrigation and water conservation district."
