Page 4, line 36, strike the first comma and insert ":
1."
Between lines 41 and 42, insert:
"2. assessment data for that pupil pursuant to section 15‑741 may not be included in the letter grade CLASSIFICATION pursuant to section 15‑241 for the school, school district or charter school into which the pupil transferred.
3. assessment data for that pupil may not be included as part of teacher or principal performance evaluations pursuant to section 15-203, subsection a, Paragraph 38."

After line 31, insert:
