SENATE AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2026

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; city of Globe; bridge repair or replacement; exemption
A. The sum of $2,810,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the city of Globe to repair or replace the Jesse Hayes Road bridge over Pinal Creek.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations."
Amend title to conform
