1.    Removes the exemption of a retail licensee from the delivered spirituous liquor labeling requirement for a container of spirituous liquor in the manufacturer's original packaging that is placed in an unsealed grocery or similar style bag for transport and delivery.

2.    Exempts a retail licensee from the delivered spirituous liquor labeling requirement if the container is in the manufacturer's original packaging and:

a)    the person delivering the order personally retrieved and packaged the liquor for delivery; and

b)   the licensee records, or requires to be recorded electronically, the identification information for each delivery.
