FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Specifies if a fire district provides services outside of the district boundaries to property located in a mobile home park, the owner of the mobile home where the services are provided is liable to the fire district for the costs of the services, unless the services were provided to a common area of the park.
3. Makes technical changes.
