1.    Requires the Arizona Department of Revenue to report to the State Treasurer the amount of monies collected from a tourism marketing authority’s (Authority) assessment.

2.    Requires the board of an Authority and any municipality or county participating in the Authority to supply the State Treasurer with all requested information necessary to administer the assessment.

3.    Directs the State Treasurer to transmit the amount collected from properties within the Authority to the treasurer or officer filling a treasurer role in the participating municipality or county.
