AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Prohibits the Governor,
President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives from
appointing more than two members of the same political party on to the
Affordable Housing Tax Credit Review Committee (Committee).
2. Adds the number of
housing units developed and the average income of residents offered housing units
to the requirements the Committee reviews.
3. Changes the sunset date
for the Affordable Housing Tax Credit from December 31, 2029, to December 31,
2027.
