AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Requires $6,000,000 to
be transferred from the Medical Marijuana Fund to the Substance Use Disorder
Services Fund at the end of any fiscal year that unencumbered monies remain,
rather than annually.
2. Adds a legislative
findings clause that states that the purpose of the Arizona Medical Marijuana
Act is furthered by supporting services that treat substance use disorders
caused by severe and chronic pain.

use disorders caused by the medical condition of severe and chronic pain."
