AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of water resources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of water resources; hydrologists; support staff members

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020‑2021, the sum of $6,100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of water resources to hire additional hydrologists, groundwater flow modelers and support staff members.
