repealing section 41-3020.09, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing title 41, chapter 47, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the mining advisory council.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

A.  Section 41-3020.09, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

B.  Title 41, chapter 47, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
