AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 88; fiscal year 2021‑2022

A.  The sum of $15,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to repair the central portion of State Route 88.

B.  Before spending the appropriation made in subsection A of this section, the department shall apply for any reimbursements that may be available from the federal government for the repair of State Route 88.
