AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; U.S. Route 89A

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to construct a traffic circle and install traffic control devices on U.S. Route 89A near Horseshoe Bend.
