Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; 67th Avenue; road widening; drainage improvements

The sum of $8,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to distribute to the city of Peoria to widen and improve drainage on 67^th Avenue between Happy Valley Road and Pinnacle Peak Road.
