Page 3, line 33, strike "treasurer" insert "department of corrections"

Page 4, line 16, after the first "treasurer" insert "and the state department of corrections"; strike the second "treasurer" insert "department of corrections"

Line 19, after "case" insert "and provide the state treasurer with a copy of the claim"

Line 23, after "shall" insert "notify the city, town, county or other political subdivision of this state and the state department of corrections of the payment and"; after the period insert "If the city, town or county fails to timely pay the state treasurer, the state treasurer shall notify the city, town or county and the state department of corrections and shall withhold the distribution of monies pursuant to section 42‑5029 or if it is a city or town pursuant to section 43‑206 to the affected city, town or county and shall continue to withhold monies pursuant to this subsection until the monies are paid.  The state treasurer shall redistribute the monies withheld pursuant to this subsection among all other cities, towns and counties in proportion to their population as provided by section 42‑5029, subsection D or if the entity is a city or town pursuant to section 43‑206, subsection B.  The state treasurer may not withhold any amount that the city, town or county certifies to the state treasurer as being necessary to make any required deposits or payments for debt service on bonds or other long‑term obligations of the city, town or county that were issued or incurred before the judgment was entered."
