ARIZONA STATE SENATE

appropriation; Red Lake Wash bridge
Purpose
Appropriates $2,000,000 from the state General Fund (state GF) in FY 2021 to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to replace the Red Lake Wash Bridge.
Background
ADOT is responsible for the design and construction of state public transportation systems and the maintenance and operation of state highways in Arizona (A.R.S. § 28-332).
Red Lake Wash Bridge is located north of the City of Williams along State Route 64.
S.B. 1104 appropriates $2,000,000 from the state GF in FY 2021.
Provisions
1. Appropriates $2,000,000 from the state GF in FY 2021 to ADOT for the purpose of replacing the Red Lake Wash Bridge.
2. Becomes effective on the general effective date.
