ARIZONA STATE SENATE

appropriation; overpass 2450 bridge project
Purpose
Appropriates $2,500,000 from the state General Fund (state GF) in FY 2021 to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to rehabilitate the Overpass 2450 Ramp.
Background
ADOT is responsible for the design and construction of state public transportation systems and the maintenance and operation of state highways in Arizona (A.R.S. § 28-332).
Overpass 2450 Ramp is located in the City of Flagstaff along U.S. Interstate 17.
S.B. 1105 appropriates $2,500,000 from the state GF in FY 2021.
Provisions
1. Appropriates $2,500,000 from the state GF in FY 2021 to ADOT for the purpose of rehabilitating the Overpass 2450 Ramp.
2. Becomes effective on the general effective date.
