appropriation; Crazy Creek bridge project
Purpose
Appropriates $5,400,000 from the state General Fund (state GF) in FY 2021 to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to replace the Crazy Creek Bridge.
Background
ADOT is responsible for the design and construction of state public transportation systems and the maintenance and operation of state highways in Arizona (A.R.S. § 28-332).
Crazy Creek Bridge is located east of the City of Holbrook along U.S. Interstate 40.
S.B. 1108 appropriates $5,400,000 from the state GF in FY 2021.
Provisions
1. Appropriates $5,400,000 from the state GF in FY 2021 to ADOT for the purpose of replacing the Crazy Creek Bridge.
2. Becomes effective on the general effective date.
