1.    Removes a reference to dietary supplements from the definition of good manufacturing practice.

2.    Specifies that a permittee has not committed an act of unprofessional conduct for failing to operate according to the hours of operation submitted to the Board of Pharmacy if the permittee provides notification of an unexpected closure to the Board of Pharmacy within 48 hours.
