FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.    Adds, to the work group, one member who represents a skilled nursing facility and who is appointed by the DHS Director.

2.    Requires the DHS Director, rather than the Board of Nursing, to appoint two members representing professional nursing organizations.

3.    Makes a technical change.
