Page 3, line 11, after the first comma insert if the employee is a firefighter who is or who may be entitled to a presumption prescribed in section 23-901.01, subsection B,
Page 4, strike lines 25 through 28, insert:
"H. A physician or health care provider who performs an examination under this section must have expertise in diagnosing and treating at least one of the conditions for which the employee is claiming compensation and, as part of the examination report, shall include a sworn statement detailing how much money the physician or health care provider has been paid for doing examinations under this section or testifying in commission proceedings for each of the five years preceding the examination. The physician or health care provider shall provide a copy of that report and sworn statement to the employee within thirty days after the date of the examination."
Amend title to conform
