FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Increases, from $10 million to $15 million, the maximum appropriation from the state General Fund to the Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) and removes the additional WQARF funding from the Emissions Inspection Fund, Air Quality Fund and Recycling Fund.
2. Removes the Legislature’s intent that the Emissions Inspection Fund, Air Quality Fund and Recycling Fund be evaluated to determine sufficiency to continue as funding sources for WQARF.
3. Makes conforming changes.
