AN ACT
amending section 15-507, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 15-507, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
15-507. Abuse of teacher or school employee in school; violation; classification
A person who knowingly abuses a teacher or other school employee on school grounds or while the teacher or employee is engaged in the performance of his the teacher's or employee's duties is guilty of a class 3 1 misdemeanor.
