AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the water quality assurance revolving fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; water quality assurance revolving fund

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020‑2021, the sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the water quality assurance revolving fund established by section 49‑282, Arizona Revised Statutes.
