AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the arizona game and fish department.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona game and fish department; survey; desert tortoises

The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Arizona game and fish department to enter into an agreement with a state association of natural resource conservation districts to conduct a survey of desert tortoises in this state.
