AN ACT
amending Title 16, chapter 6, article 1.2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-919; relating to campaign CONTRIBUTIONS and expenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 6, article 1.2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-919, to read:
16-919. Out-of-state contributions; prohibition
NOTWITHSTANDING any other law, A person who is a resident of another state or whose corporate or organizational domicile, residence or place of INCORPORATION is in another state shall not make a contribution to any committee located in this state or any person or candidate for office in this state.
