AN ACT
Amending Title 41, chapter 3, article 1.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-511.24; relating to the Arizona state parks board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 3, article 1.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-511.24, to read:
41-511.24. Commercial photography; permits; definition
A. The Arizona state parks board may issue a commercial photography permit to a person who applies to the board for the permit. The director may establish the fee by rule.
B. The commercial photography permit shall grant park entrance to all state parks located in this state for one year after the date that the permit is issued.
C. The Arizona state parks board shall post the requirements for the commercial photography permits on the board's website and at the entrance of each state park. The Arizona state parks board shall enforce the commercial photography permit uniformly.
D. For the purposes of this section, "Commercial photography" includes taking professional photographs relating to any of the following:
1. Advertising and art.
2. Fashion and glamour photography.
3. Editorial photography.
4. Photojournalism.
5. Any other photography session in which the final images may be used in the stream of commerce.
