Page 1, between lines 36 and 37, insert:
"4. within two months after the construction of the international boundary wall is complete, the property owner shall provide the city or town with an affidavit of completion signed and sealed by a professional engineer who is registered pursuant to title 32, chapter 1 certifying that the construction of the international boundary wall was built according to the plan and safety requirements."
Page 2, between lines 32 and 33, insert:
"4. within two months after the construction of the international border wall is complete, the property owner shall provide the county with an affidavit of completion signed and sealed by a professional engineer who is registered pursuant to title 32, chapter 1 certifying that the construction of the international boundary wall was built according to the plan and safety requirements."
