AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Appropriates $1,169,400
from the state General Fund in FY 2021 to the Arizona Department of
Transportation (ADOT) to improve the Hill Street Corridor in Globe.
2. Reduces the FY 2021
appropriation to ADOT for pavement rehabilitation from $109,120,800 to
$90,000,000.
3. Removes the outlined
pavement rehabilitation projects and requires ADOT to select pavement
rehabilitation projects that are:
a) not located in Maricopa
or Pima County;
b) on roads that are
graded as being in fair or poor condition by ADOT; and
c) not contained in ADOT's
2021-2025 five-year transportation facilities construction program.
4. Makes technical and
conforming changes.
