amending title 38, chapter 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 3; relating to public safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 38, chapter 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 3, to read:
ARTICLE 3. MISSING CHILDREN REPORTING
38-1151. Missing children reports
A law enforcement agency that opens a case for a missing child shall submit a report of the missing child to the national center for missing and exploited children.
