AN ACT

APPROPRIATING monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; department of transportation; bridge; fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023; intent

A.  The sum of $11,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to Lake Havasu City to construct a bridge.

B.  The legislature intends that the bridge be named the Freedom Bridge.
