AN ACT

appropriating monies for the relief of named claimants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations for relief of named claimants; basis of claims; coordination

A.  The payment of the sums appropriated by this section is in full satisfaction of the claims described in this section.  The department of administration shall coordinate payments.

B.  The sum of $49,377.36 is appropriated from the from the capital outlay stabilization fund established by section 41-792.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of administration to pay the following claimant the following amount:

C.  The sum of $355.90 is appropriated from the risk management revolving fund established by section 41-622, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of administration to pay the following claimant the following amount:
