AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; child care assistance; tiered reimbursement
The sum of $13,100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021‑2022 to the department of economic security to increase tiered reimbursement pursuant to section 46‑805, Arizona Revised Statutes, for infants and toddlers and for children who are in the care of the department of child safety.
