HOUSE BILL 2669

AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of education; elementary school district

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $4,500,800 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of education to distribute to an elementary school district that the school facilities board approved in fiscal year 2019-2020 for additional space that would serve at least five hundred students but not more than six hundred students.
