AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of education; elementary school district

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021‑2022, the sum of $4,500,800 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of education to distribute to an elementary school district that the school facilities board approved in fiscal year 2019‑2020 for additional space that would serve at least five hundred students but not more than six hundred students.
