AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the DEPARTMENT of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; road widening

The sum of $8,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to distribute to the city of Goodyear to widen Camelback Road from the Loop 303 to Litchfield Road.
