AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Ocotillo Road; bridge; extension

The sum of $7,900,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Gilbert to construct a bridge and extend Ocotillo Road.
